Aaloo Methi Ki Sabji

Ingredients

  • 2 cup fenugreek leaves Finley chopped
  • 2 Potato chopped
  • 2-3 tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp desi ghee
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 pinch asafotida
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 2 green chillis
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Heat oil in a pan and add all the spices.

Now add chopped chilli and tomatoes.

Roast them well and add Potatoes

Cover the lid for 10 minutes and keep the flame lowest.

After 10 minutes potatoes will be soft and add leaves.

Mix well and cook for another 10 minutes

Turn off the gas.

Ready to serve.
