Bread Besani

Ingredients

  • 4 bread slices
  • 1 cup gram Flour
  • 1 pinch asafotida
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 green chillis
  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions

In a bowl add gram flour, milk and spices. Make a medium consistency batter.

Now heat the tawa.

Dip a bread and place on tawa.

Flip and roast till golden brown.

Serve with chutney and a drink.
