Methi Khandvi Mathri

Ingredients

  • 2 cup refund flour
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup fenugreek Leave
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp carom seeds
  • 500 ml oil for frying

Directions

In a kneading plate add all the ingredientes and knead a dough.

Take out a ball and roll out. cut in to strips.

Now roll one strip like khandvi and pin in to toothpic. In one toothpic pin 2 rolls.

Drop in hot oil with toothpic.

Fry untill golden brown.

Store in airtight container.
