Paalak Ke Kofte

Ingredients

  • 2 cup spinach finely chopped
  • 1 cup gram flour
  • 2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 pinch asafotida
  • 5-6 green chillis finely chopped
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 500 ml oil for frying
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

Directions

In a bowl add spinach, 1 tsp(cumin seeds, salt, asafotida) and gram Flour. Mix well.

Heat oil.

Take a spoon of mixture and drop in oil.

Fry untill golden brown.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and crackle cumin seeds. Add rest of the spices and 4 cup of water.

Make a boil and add fried koftas.

Cover the lid and cook for 10 minutes on lowest flame.

Garnish with green coriander and ready to serve.
