In a bowl add gram flour, salt, semolina and mix well. Make a batter.
Keep the batter aside for 20 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and asafotida.
Now roast finely chopped onions.
After that add tomatoes, chillis and salt. Roast them as well.
Now add grated cottage cheese and mix well.
Turn off the gas and let it cool.
Heat 2 glass of water in a vassel or steamer. Place a stand.
Now grease a container.
Add baking soda in. Batter and mix well.
Now add stuffing and mix well as well.
Transfer it in greased pan. And steam for 20 minutes
After 20 minutes turn off the gas and cut in to pieces.
